Montage Deer Valley opened December 2010 in the year-round mountain community of Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, with 174 luxury guest rooms and suites, and a total of 81 private residences.
Reminiscent of the great mountain lodges of North America, the resort features a refined Mountain Craftsman style to complement its majestic Wasatch Mountain setting, complete with views of inspiring ski slopes and pristine sub-alpine valleys. The resort offers extensive 24-hour services, amenities, and all-season indoor/outdoor recreational programs that make the most of its location adjacent to thousands of acres of wooded forest terrain and ski-in, ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort.

In its timeless mountain lodge design, our Park City homes feature stone foundations, dramatic roof forms, high ceilings, expansive windows with scenic views, and generous indoor/outdoor access. 81 private luxury residences are situated on the upper six floors of the resort building, with premium vistas of the mountain setting.
The spacious 1-, 2-, 3-and 4+ bedroom residences range from approximately 1,889 to 6,900 square-feet and feature high ceilings, private balconies, gas fireplaces, fully-equipped high-end kitchens and luxurious five-fixture stone master bathrooms with coffered ceilings and heated bath floors. Multiple one-to four-bedroom floor plans can easily accommodate couples, families or multiple generations.
Residences on the 8thand 9thfloors are offered fully furnished, complete with the resort's estate-quality furnishings, fabrics, and interior design touches.
Residences on the 10th, 11th, 12th, and Penthouse floors are offered unfurnished for custom interiors based on the homeowner's individual tastes.

Newport Beach, California based Barclay Butera designed a stunning 3-bedroom residence featuring classic, clean, and transitional lines as the ultimate expression of casual mountain elegance. A two story, 3-bedroom residence was curated for today's modern family in the first-ever design collaboration by New York designer Philip Gorrivan and Alison Pincus, co-founder and chief partnership officer of One Kings Lane. Other collaborations include Alder & Tweed and Dressed Inc. Each of the designer residences has been carefully designed to reflect the designer’s interpretation of the mountain lifestyle.

Owners have full access to the private Residents Lounge, located on the eighth floor of the resort, open daily from 8:00am to 6:00pm. The Lounge provides private space to gather with friends and family, relax with a newspaper, enjoy après ski time beside one of two grand fireplaces, or catch a game on one of four large screen televisions. The Lounge is home to the Residential Concierge team, ready to assist with any needs.

Upon purchasing one of our Park City condos, home owners become eligible for the exclusive Montage Residences Talisker Club Membership; providing private access to more than 10,000 acres of private wilderness; outdoor recreational pursuits, including world-class skiing, golf and private fly fishing, and admittance to the on-mountain members-only restaurant facilities. Upon acceptance, the initiation fee is waived and individual owners are responsible for payment of annual dues. The Montage Residences Talisker Club Membership offers access to all Talisker Club activities, amenities, and services, except access to the Tuhaye Golf Course.

Daly’s Pub & Rec: With a twist on the gourmet, gastro-pub, Daly’s serves modern pub classics from an open kitchen, featuring delicious daily specials and hearty fare to fuel your day on the mountain, handcrafted brick-oven pizzas theatrically created in the pub's own display oven and a refreshing selection of local microbrews, wine and spirits along with specialty sodas. Vista Lounge & Terrace: An authentic mountain great room featuring awe-inspiring views, handcrafted cocktails, Asian-inspired small plates and desserts, Vista is named for its unobstructed views across the Wasatch Mountain Ranges. A fire-warmed terrace and daily live music create a relaxing conclusion to each day of play.
Yama Sushi: Translated from the Japanese word for mountain, Yama Sushi a stylish seasonal dining venue serving the freshest seafood, sushi, and sashimi along with sake flight pairings and beers from around the world. The ski runs of Empire mountain serve as a picturesque backdrop to enjoy live entertainment and inspired Asian fare at this intimate restaurant.
Buzz: The resort's gourmet-to-go café offers specialty ground coffee drinks, organic teas, freshly baked goods and artisanal sandwiches. With a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, Buzz is a convenient place for on-the-go items and picnic foods when on the way to the mountain for a day of skiing or hiking on one of the many trails surrounding the resort.
