Montage Residences Deer Valley

Originally from the East Coast and raised in the Midwest, in 1992, while enjoying a career in the hotel industry, Ed arrived in Utah for a visit to enjoy the Park City lifestyle and mountains. A certain girl (now wife, Caroline!) soon enchanted him and he decided to stay. In his seventeen years as a real estate professional in Park City, Ed’s primary focus has been Project Development Sales and Management. In his capacity as Principal Broker of DV Luxury Resort Realty, he is the listing broker and Director of Sales for Montage Residences Deer Valley.

In addition to being an active sales team member for the Montage Residences Deer Valley, Mark began as the Director of Development in 2007 focusing primarily on procuring entitlements, marketing, and leading the design of the Residences.  Prior to joining the Athens Group and Montage, Mark worked for Intrawest Resort Development Group in Mammoth Lakes California in a development, sales, and marketing capacity.  Mark holds degrees in real estate development and business from the University of Tennessee.  He resides with his wife and two children in Park City.

Born and raised in Vail, Colorado, Katy’s heart is in the mountains. After graduating from CU Boulder (a loyal Buff’s fan!), Katy moved to Park City. In 2006, she started work with her family who had recently moved their resort development company, Ironwood Resorts, to Deer Valley. Katy worked as the Owner Liaison as the company developed multiple luxury ski-in/ski-out residential projects. In 2009 she decided to broaden her reach within the Real Estate industry and joined the Montage team in January 2010.  Katy met her would be husband here in Park City in 2007 and recently married in 2011. Outside of work Katy is skiing, biking, or hiking with their dog Cooper and enjoying the Park City life!
